1. Pedals are marked Left and Right; the right side is the chainset side. Please make sure you tighten both sides using a 15mm spanner.


2. Put on handlebar stem and tighten top Allen head before tightening the two side ones – 5mm Allen key needed.


3. Make sure the front wheel is put in straight and spins freely; a small amount of rub will go away after the first ride.


4. The gears and transmission have been adjusted here but it would be wise to lift the rear wheel off the ground and then operate the gears using the shifters. Please remember don’t use gears 3 (largest on front) + 1 (largest on rear) and gear 1 (smallest on front) + 8 or 9 (2 smallest on rear). The chain crossovers are too extreme.


5. Keep your bike as clean as possible and a light lubrication after every ride.
