Fife Cycle Centre Postage Charges

Fife Cycle Centre uses Royal Mail 1st Class and FEDEX UK as our courier and delivery service. Products will be packaged to a high standard to insure your purchase will not be damaged in transaction. Please read our terms and conditions for any issues you have with your order on arrival.

Delivery charges for Bikes

Our Postage of a single boxed bike will be a flat rate of £20.00 no matter what size or weight of the bike. Bikes will be delivered by FEDEX UK a long time trusted courier service. Our service will generally be next day unless the order is placed in the afternoon or in the evening. Then there will be 2 day delivery time. Saturday delivery’s can be arranged at an extra cost of £10.00 therefor a total of £30.00. Next day deliveries exclude Sunday’s.

All Bikes Professionally Pre Built

This is included in your delvery charge. The ordered will be being professionally built and repackaged before delivery. This is extremely important as the bike will be within its full warranty as it has been professionally built by a skilled mechanic. A big problem in the Online Cycle Trade is that bikes are being sent out to the customer without being pre built by a professional mechanic. The majority of Bike Company’s will not honour their 1 year warranty if the bike has not been professionally built. We take great pride in being able to offer you a bike that has been assembled by one of our highly trained mechanics and leave you with only the small task of fitting pedals, handlebars and pumping up the tyres!

Delivery Charges for Medium sized products

Delivery charges for Medium sized items eg Suspension forks, Helmets, Wheels and frames will be £10. FEDEX UK will also be used for these items and the shipping time will be as same as the above.

Delivery charges for smaller items

Delivery charges for smaller, lighter items such as all clothing, brakes, gloves and body armour will be a flat rate of £3.50. To post these products we use 1st Class Royal Mail recorded. This is to insure your product will be delivered in order and on time. Delivery service will generally be next day to anywhere within the UK excluding all the costal islands and certain areas top north. Please note orders made after 4pm will not be processed until the following day. Next day delivery will exclude Sunday’s.

Tracking your order

All items that require FEDEX UK delivery will have a consignment number. You will receive this consignment number once your order has been processed which you can use to check the progress of your delivery. Go to www.anc.co.uk and enter your consignment number and it will tell you exactly where your order is.
